Deliverables:

• Organized the 2nd Africa - Japan Youth Drive in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia ie concept development and session facilitation etc.

• Designed & facilitated the media & communication materials related to the conference ie developing blogs, social media posts, interview scripts etc.

• Managing the social media pages.

• Planned, coordinated, and facilitated strategic partnership meetings with various organizations to strengthen collaborations for the TICAD9 Youth Initiatives.

• Facilitated the policy review of the Youth Agenda 2055: The Future We Want.

• Developed the zero draft of the Plan of Action -for the policy proposal (The Youth Agenda 2055).

• Developed post conference reports.

Tasks:

• Maintain contact between civil society of all generations for specific events and ensures that the needs and interests of all generations are represented at the Conference.

• Work with the youth and elderly, encouraging interaction and the sharing of experiences along with exploring similarities.

• Organize youth and student events relevant to the Conference theme prior to and during the Conference.
